Shipping Policy
TorkMag® ships by best method for all orders (USPS Priority or UPS Ground) and usually within 1-3 business days from date order was received.
Restrictions may apply for shipping orders to states that may not allow certain products. 10+rd magazines are prohibited in CA, CO, CT, DE, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, VT, and WA. 10+rd pistol magazines are prohibited in HI.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all local, state and federal laws and regulations are followed as they apply to you. The purchaser is responsible for all legal compliance.
Return Policy
Returns of Defective Product:
You will be delivered factory-new equipment with all included accessories and U.S. warranty. Additionally, we are happy to replace any damaged or defective merchandise for our dealers. Please inspect your equipment as soon as you receive it. If you find that your new product is damaged or defective, you may email sales@torkmag.com. TorkMag® will send replacement product and authorization for return of defective or damaged product. Credit for defective or damaged product will only be given if a replacement is out-of-stock or unavailable. If equipment is returned in poor condition (showing of wear, dirt, fingerprints, damaged box, missing accessories, etc.) a re-stocking fee will be assessed. Additionally, product returned as damaged or defective that is found to be in good working order may be subject to a restocking fee. Request for replacement of damaged or defective product and return authorization must be made by contacting TorkMag® at sales@torkmag.com. Any TorkMag® product returned to TorkMag® without proper authorization will be returned to the dealer at the dealer’s expense.

IMPORTANT: Any orders placed which contain a firearm MUST have both boxes checked during the checkout process which indicates your agreement with this policy in addition to the TorkMag.com Terms and Conditions. An order placed without indicating your agreement to the Firearm Shipping Policy AND the Terms and Conditions by checking the box next to each policy are subject to AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION. Canceled orders will have to be re-submitted.
Any questions or comments about the TorkMag and TorkMag.com Firearm Shipping Policy and associated fees must be brought to the attention of TorkMag and addressed in full prior to placing an order containing a firearm.
The refund is valid within 30 days of product received.
Refunds that have been authorized will be processed within 30 days.
Definition of Terms
The term “firearm” or “firearms” used within this policy and on TorkMag.com, includes but is not limited to, one or more of any and all lower receivers or receiver sets in addition to pistols, handguns, long guns, rifles, shotguns and other weapons or items defined as a firearm by the Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
